The Solo Summit is our flagship — designed for the athlete travelling alone, ready to disappear into seven days of full-spectrum training, recovery and discovery.
You arrive at Larnaca, we collect you. From that moment on, every detail is taken care of: a single-occupancy room with half board, structured training across our three world-class venues, evening lectures, adventure days, and recovery sessions framed by Mediterranean light.
What a typical day looks like
Mornings begin with a breakfast buffet, followed by a CrossFit or Hyrox session at Grind Fitness. Mid-mornings rotate through track work at Tsirio Stadium or endurance swimming at the Olympic Pool in Dassoudi. Afternoons combine workshops, lab work at SciFitLab, or guided adventure activities — coastal trail runs, mountain safaris in Agros, the Aphrodite Nature Trail. Evenings close with a dinner buffet and, on selected nights, a lecture from our coaching team.
