Vortex° Fitness operates a fitness camp based in Limassol, Cyprus. References to “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Vortex° Fitness.

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us — name, email address, phone number, and any optional message you submit through our registration form. If you participate in the camp, we may also process information related to your fitness, dietary preferences, and emergency contacts to deliver the programme safely.
How we use it

- Respond to your enquiry and send you the camp schedule and details
- Communicate with you before, during, and after the camp
- Improve our programme and services
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent (for marketing communications) and on the performance of a contract (for camp logistics) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cypriot law.
